Welcome to SAM-AI, a Telugu village voice assistant app built by SAM-AI Technologies ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using SAM-AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SAM-AI, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's consent to use this app.

2. Description of Service

SAM-AI is a voice-powered AI assistant designed for Telugu-speaking communities. The app provides:

• Voice-based question answering in Telugu
• Local weather forecasts
• Agricultural market price information
• News updates relevant to Andhra Pradesh and Telangana
• Social features to connect with other SAM-AI users

3. User Accounts

• You may sign in using your phone number (OTP), Google account, or Apple account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate information during registration
• You may not create accounts for others without their permission

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use SAM-AI for any unlawful or prohibited purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its servers
• Upload malicious content or attempt to exploit the AI system
• Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate others

5. AI-Generated Content

SAM-AI uses artificial intelligence to generate responses to your questions. Please be aware that:

• AI responses may not always be accurate or complete
• AI responses should not be treated as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather data or market prices
• You use AI-generated information at your own discretion and risk

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of SAM-AI (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software) are owned by SAM-AI Technologies and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

7. Service Availability

We strive to keep SAM-AI available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SAM-AI Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of SAM-AI. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for using the service (if any).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to SAM-AI at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. You may also stop using the app and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of SAM-AI after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
